Applicants to the University of Ghana are hereby informed that the deadline for reviewing and making changes to submitted undergraduate applications has been extended to Wednesday, 9 September 2026, at 12:00 noon. This extension provides applicants with a final opportunity to verify the information provided in their applications before further processing of admissions begins.
The University of Ghana IT Directorate(ITD) has noticed the circulation of false communique. NOTE THAT, ITD has not tasked any individual or group of persons to take money with a promise to help with academic /residential registrations.
The public is advised of the following:
• Not to pay money to any individual or group of persons who promise to give accommodation or academic admission.
• To report such fraudulent communication to secure@ug.edu.gh (with screenshots) to avoid being a victim of fraudulent activities.
• Use the appropriate platforms to make all necessary payments and registrations.
